A great tasting superfood smoothie is sure to be a hit in your morning routine to boost energy.
This recipe makes approx. 2 glasses.
Step 1: Milk
- Add your choice of milk into your blender. We love organic almond milk or using our own Wonder Whey.
Step 2: The Smoothie
Add the following ingredients into the blender:
- 1 small avocado or 1 banana (or try half of each!)
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Wonder Foods Moringa or Moringa SuperGreens Plus (or try our Wonder Foods Green Barley Grass (Organic)
- 1 tablespoon of Raw Honey or Wonder Foods Stevia Drops or Powder (Organic)
- 1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Wonder Foods Vegan Maca Chi blend (or plain Maca powder)
- 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds or Hemp Seed Protein Powder
- 1 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients together and drink immediately! Enjoy.
