Refunds & Refunds
Returns happen. It’s okay. We want satisfied customers so glance over these instructions and give us a ring.
- Take note of your order number and the condition of your product. We only accept unopened products in their original packaging
- Email us on info@wonderfoods.com.au
- Let us know your order number and if there is an issue
- If your order arrives damaged or unusable: we will cheerfully refund the purchase price or send you another of the same product at no additional cost. Please note we may ask for photo evidence of the issue and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- If you have changed your mind about your purchase: we’re not able to cancel orders already with our couriers or already shipped for delivery. If you’ve changed your mind about a product that’s already been delivered, give us a call (within 3 days of delivery) to let us know you would like to return it, pop it in the mail and once received we’ll issue a refund for the value of the product(s) you’re returning – *we can’t refund or reimburse any shipping costs unless the product is damaged or unusable.
- Refunds will be issued on the card used for purchase and you should see within 3-10 business days.
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Wonder Foods products and services may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are displayed inclusive of GST. It is noted in the product details if the product is 0% or 10% GST. Your invoice will display the GST component of your order.
