1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Applications may be approved or declined at Wonder Foods Australia’s sole discretion.

2. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked via cookies set when a visitor clicks your affiliate link.
• Cookie duration: 7 days. Purchases made after this period will not be attributed.
• Attribution is last-click: the most recent valid affiliate link receives credit.

3. Commissions

• Commission rate: 20% of net sales (excluding GST/VAT, shipping, discounts, and fees).
• No commissions on:
  • Refunded or charged-back orders;
  • Fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive transactions.

4. Refunds & Grace Period

Commissions remain pending for a 30-day grace period to allow for returns, refunds, and chargebacks. If a refund occurs within this period, the related commission is voided.

5. Payments

• Minimum payout threshold: $50 AUD.
• Payout schedule: monthly (after commissions clear the 30-day grace period).
• Payout method: PayPal. Ensure your PayPal details are accurate; Wonder Foods Australia is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
• Balances under $50 AUD roll over to the next cycle.

6. Promotion Guidelines

• Permitted channels: websites, blogs, social media, email, and compliant online ads.
• Prohibited:
  • Misleading or deceptive claims;
  • Spam/unsolicited emails;
  • Bidding on Wonder Foods Australia trademarks/brand terms in ads without prior written permission;
  • Impersonating Wonder Foods Australia or implying employment/agency.
• Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and advertising standards (e.g., ACCC, FTC).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation at any time for breach, fraud, or conduct harmful to our brand. Upon termination, unpaid balances below $50 AUD are forfeited.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Liability

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of the Program and are not liable for tracking issues beyond our control. No guarantee of earnings is made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
