Suggested Use: Add 50gm (1/3 cup) of WonderFoods Wonder Whey to 500ml of cold water (200gm makes 2 litres). Shake vigorously in a shaker until dissolved or use a whisk,beater or blender. Best to chill for a few hours for full taste.
