- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- 3-4 large fresh strawberries, stemmed and diced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- Juice of half a lemon
- ½ teaspoon of Wonderfoods’ Tangy Vitamin C Powder
- ½ cup of cold water
- Handful of ice
- Toppings (optional): chia seeds, muesli, fresh fruit, toasted coconut flakes, bee pollen granules
What To Do
- Put all ingredients in a blender and place lid on tightly.
- Blend on medium-high speed for 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
