Recipe: Tangy Vitamin C Boost Smoothie

It’s also a time of year that the weather is good so we’re go-go-going and usually that means, our immune system takes a hit. This vitamin C boost smoothie is a regular at the Wonderfoods’ HQ, incorporating our bestselling Tangy vitamin C powder. Blend it up and make it your own by adding your favourite toppings.

Tangy Vitamin C Boost Smoothie

Shopping List

  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • 3-4 large fresh strawberries, stemmed and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon of Wonderfoods’ Tangy Vitamin C Powder
  • ½ cup of cold water
  • Handful of ice
  • Toppings (optional): chia seeds, muesli, fresh fruit, toasted coconut flakes, bee pollen granules

What To Do

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and place lid on tightly.
  2. Blend on medium-high speed for 60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses, garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
