» 1 ½ cups raw walnuts
» 1 ½ cups pitted dates
» 3 grams Wonderfoods Green Barley Grass
» 1 Tbsp cold-pressed, organic coconut oil
» 1 Tbsp raw honey
» A sprinkle of sea salt
» 1 tsp vanilla extract
» 1 cup shredded coconut

WHAT TO DO
- Add all ingredients to your food processor and process until the mixture is well combined.
- Using clean hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- If you are a big coconut lover, roll each ball in some extra shredded coconut!
- Refrigerate the balls for about an hour or until they are firm.
- Enjoy!
