CINNAMON QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients
» ½ Cup Quinoa
» 1 Cup Filtered water OR Nut milk of choice
» 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
» 1-2 Cinnamon Sticks
» Vanilla Bean
» Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Toppings
» 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
» Handful of Chopped Almonds
» ½ Tsp Maple Syrup
» ½ C Blueberries
WHAT TO DO
Combine quinoa, milk or water, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean and salt in saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Stir through hemp seeds and sprinkle with coconut, almonds, maple syrup and blueberries.
