Recipe: 3 Seed Mix Crackers

These 3 seed crackers are easy to bake and make a delicious healthy snack.

Ingredients
» 3 T Ground Flaxseeds
» 3 T Hemp Seeds
» 3 T Almond Meal
» 1 T Chia Seeds
» 1.5 T Psyllium Husk
» 9 T Purified Water
» 1.5 Tsp Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Sage)
» Salt and Pepper to taste


WHAT TO DO

Preheat oven to 350° degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper sprayed with coconut oil.

Combine all seeds, almond meal and psyllium husk together in a bowl with the water, stir to combine. Add the remaining herbs and salt/pepper, stir through.

Lay onto the baking paper, pressing down to make a thin flat layer, then cut into what ever size you would like.

Separate the crackers slightly on the tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are crisp.

Allow to cool, serve at room temperature and store in an air tight container.
