Mega 8: Mix 2 level teaspoons (7g) with 250ml water, stir well and consume once per day.
Inulin: 2 teaspoons added to water, juice or smoothies, mix well, take 1-3 times per day. Inulin can be added to drinks, sprinkled on food and used in baking. It can be used as a thickening agent in smoothies, soups and casseroles. It can act as a binding agent in baked goods.
Quinoa: Boil 2 cups of water. Stir in 1 cup of Quinoa, turn heat to low. Cover and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Use a fork to fluff and separate the grains.
Chia Seeds: 1 teaspoon sprinkled over food. Soaking chia seeds makes them easier to digest – simply mix in a 1 to 10 ratio with a liquid of your choice and soak overnight!
