MANUKA HONEY, LEMON AND GINGER TEA

» 1 Tsp Manuka Honey
» Juice of half an organic lemon
» 1 Ginger nob finely chopped
» 250ml boiling water
WHAT TO DO
Place ginger in a tea strainer and sit in a cup along with the honey and lemon.
Pour 250ml of boiling water over the ingredients and steep for a few minutes.
